what's your go-to base makeup layering routine?

hello!! im trying to figure out a good base makeup layering routine and am open to trying new methods! what order do you usually use (primer, skin tint or foundation, concealer, cream blush, setting powder, etc.)?
specifically, i've been trying a 'concealer first and then skin tint' method, but im curious which order to put first to cover blemishes/dark spots the best? I’ve heard both ways and I’m confused about what actually works best without lifting product or looking cakey!
