Are my eggs ok??

At our school, all of the second grade classes are hatching ducks. Everyone has a different incubator from me. I have Brinsea - it doesn’t let me see the humidity level which is really worrisome. I’ve done everything right, but all of my eggs look like the first picture. All of my coworkers’s eggs are like the second picture. Are mine all dead? Or are they just somehow lagging behind? The internet is scaring and making me think they all have the ring of death. I will literally cry if that’s the case. The kids will be so upset and confused.
