Stats spreadsheet and automation

Hi there,

I am a noob day trader and am looking at building stats. One thing I want to start with is tracking the daily volatility on the ES contract.

For this I will chart:

Day (Mon-Fri)
Date
Open price
High price
Low price
Close price
The difference between the high and low (total range)
Whether the close was bullish (higher than open) or bearish (lower than open

I am also new to excel and have multiple questions:

Is it possible that the bullish/bearish cell autofills based on the inputs of the relevant cells?

One of the stats I want to draw out is the weekly rhythm - is it possible to group the individual days as weeks? so that excel realises that each set of MON-FRI within the 5 day date range are in the same week, if that makes sense? And in another cell, could it automatically tell me if the high or low of the week was there? ie when I put all the data in for the week, could it tick a box saying 'weekly high' for the day which had the high etc?

I know this is multiple questions and appreciate any advice.
