Help! I only have one chicken left!

I'm down to one sole survivor from my flock of 4. What do i do? She's traumatized and has been curled up in the nesting box for the last two days, only coming out if i physically make her. I put a mirror in the coop and have been trying to spend time nearby don't yardwork and talking.

i need to decide if:

a) I should run out and buy a couple chicks to put under her. She's been broody, but idk if she's too freaked out now to take care of herself or babies.

b) give her away to someone with other chickens

c) try to get some pullets, hoping that is less work than introducing full grown chickens

I want to do whatever is likely the least amount of work for me, I've got a baby and a toddler and not a lot of energy to take care of much else this spring.
