Dynamic inputs in Cell A and and B gets consolidated in Cell C

I am trying to make a project status file and need help in capturing weekly status updates. Cells A and B are updated every week but I want Cell C to capture all past and present updates even if Cells A and B are updated regularly.

Cell A1 - Status Date modified (updated weekly)

Cell B1 - Status (updated weekly)

Cell C1 - will consolidate all weekly inputs

Example:

(previous week)

Cell A1 - 3/24/2026

Cell B1 - Fence painting started

Cell C1 will show: “3/24/2026 - Fence painting started”

(this week)

Cell A1 - 3/31/2026

Cell B1 - Fence painting completed. Grass cutting completed.

Cell C1 will consolidate this week and last week’s inputs:

“3/31/2026 - Fence painting completed. Grass cutting completed.

3/24/2026 - Fence painting started”

Goal is for Cell C1 to show the historical activities.

If there is an excel formula that would be awesome (as I am not good with scripts), but willing to learn VB if there isn’t any other options. Thanks!!
