Long flight experience with Aviancia (10+hrs)?

hi all,

im planning a trip from Europe to Chile in a few months and Aviancia Airlines seems to be one of the cheapest options, but I’ve never flown with them before. what are their long haul flights like? any free drinks, snacks, screens for entertainment? It‘ll be a pretty long flight so I’m trying to decide if I should pay extra for British Airways? I’m not generally picky with airlines, but this is my first long trip. Please share your experience in the past year or so. note: it would connect in Colombia.
