Do red light therapy masks actually improve skin or are they a gimmick?

I’ve been seeing sooo many ads lately for these LED masks that are supposed to be anti-aging miracles Literally every time I open Instagram or TikTok, there’s another influencer swearing by them.

I’m in my late 40s, and while I do take care of my skin with vit C, daily SPF, etc, I feel like things are definitely starting to sag and the sun pigmentation is getting worse no matter what serums I use.

I don’t really wanna do Botox or anything too invasive tbh. Needles completely scare me, and I just want to still look like myself!

But can anyone tell me if these masks actually work?? Or are they just another overpriced gimmick that will end up sitting in a drawer gathering dust?

Would love to hear real experiences (good or bad!) if anyone’s tried them.
