Opening a Secondhand Japanese Clothing store that is actually affordable

I am opening a secondhand Japanese clothing store, with my main reason being that I want to help spread sustainable fashion to towns in America that usually dont really have access to good thrift stores.

I want to know if there was one thing you would want your e-commerce secondhand store to do/have on the site, what would it be?
