Recommended Eyebrow Product?

Hope yall are doing well. I don't know much about beauty and I'm looking for advise from people who know more. I don't really know if this the right place to do that, and if not, let me know and tell me where I can find the answer I'm looking for.

My problem is my eyebrows have a ton of dead skin, and when I scratch it, it looks like it's snowing. It's not painful or anything, but it does itch. Is there any product or procedure that could help? The only other thing I do to my face is wash it, so I don't need to worry about how it might react with other product. I don't care about making my eyebrows look good, only want to reduce the itching.
