Trying to reorganize how data is displayed for easier formula use

So I have been trying to figure out a way to have the sales data that I pull (A1:C11) re organize in to a chart that looks like E12:K17 but haven't had any luck. I want to use the graph from E12:K17 to do certain formulas and I would really prefer not to have to manually add all Sundays from the first chart to the corresponding column in the second chart. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!
